Homework Club  - Current project

Homework Club aims to deliver socio-emotional workshops within schools in Markham, to youth at-risk attending elementary classes.  This is in partnership with York Region District School Board.

Youth Drop In! - Current project

A place for the youth to stop by and have a fun time. This drop in will be two days a weeks. More information coming soon!

Healthy Balance - Pan Am 2015, ARE YOU READY? - Project successfully completed

Healthy Balance - Pan Am 2015, ARE YOU READY? aims to by engage the community to take an interest in physical activities and sports, included all the different diverse community in Markham, and bringing awareness to the Pan AM/Parapan 2015 games.

Building the Safe Community for Us: South Asian Girls, Teens and Young Women Strategize for Change - Project successfully completed

 A youth-led project to develop and strengthen the skills of young women and girls, young men and boys to identify and respond to issues of gender-based violence in their communities.

Heart-2-Heart- Heart and Stroke - Project successfully completed.

Advocate for increase in access to healthy food and physical activities for newcomer and other diverse South Asian youth.

Ektaa "Unity Within Diversity" - Project successfully completed.

An annual South Asian Cultural Show that exhibits the various local South Asian talent via many medium such as music, dance, theatre, and poetry and in doing so fusing traditional and contemporary South Asian culture.
